Hi Crocodile Families,

After a very close vote, the swimmers have officially chosen our Cary City Swim Meet team tent theme: Harry Potter!

To help bring our magical tent to life, we will be holding craft time during Wednesday practices beginning next week. Feel free to send your swimmers a little early or stay a little late to help with our projects. We'll have ice pops available for the kids as a thank you for their hard work!

To create our Harry Potter themed tent, we're looking to borrow or receive donations of the following items:

• Black sheets (for tent backdrop)
• Empty toilet paper rolls and battery-operated tea lights (for floating candles)
• Empty random glass bottles/jars (for potions)
• Large old hardcover books (about 3-5)
• Scrap wood (for signs)
• Large black tubs (for cauldrons)
• Gold star stickers
• Fishing line
• Decorative brooms
• Any thing else you think will help our tent come to life!

If you have any of these items available, please reach out to me (Krystal Meier 484-844-9396) by Tuesday, June 16. Anything we are unable to collect will need to be purchased before our first craft night on Wednesday, June 18.

Cary City Swim Meet Reminder: Please don't forget to indicate your swimmer's interest in attending the Cary City Meet in SwimTopia. This helps us plan and complete registration.

6 & Under Families: A friendly reminder that "kid pushers" are not permitted at the Cary City Meet, and swimmers must be able to complete the full 25-yard distance independently.
