Get ready for the best Saturday practice of them all! This Saturday is Pancake practice with a special guest coach from Marlins of Raleigh (MoR)!!! Practices are at the normal times with pancakes served after practice.

MoR guest will be providing a free stroke clinic and have information available for those interested in learning more about swimming year-round.
