Swimmers 4 to 12 yrs old: Must have a parent or designated adult (18 years or older) responsible for that swimmer and is REQUIRED to be on the pool deck during practices and meets. The Coaching Staff reserves the right to require adult supervision for swimmers aged 13 and up if warranted by the child’s behavior or skill level.

The Charleston Village Swim Team requires that every family assist at meets and/or with the swim team program in some capacity. Assistance is mandatory for your child to participate. I agree to commit to assisting the CV Swim Team in some capacity, including but not limited to: Swim Meets, Meet Preparation/Tear Down, Concessions, Committee assistance, etc.
The Charleston Village Swim Team uses Swim Team Member information and photographs for purposes including but not limited to: display of team photograph in Clubhouse and on the swim team website, promotional materials, TSA submission, swim meet results, etc. I agree to allow CV Swim Team to use photographs of my child for the usage designated above.
